The South African Sommeliers Association (SASA) is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated Annual Fundraiser Event, scheduled to take place on the 12th of August. Hosted in the charming ambiance of The Wine Library at Culture Wine Bar, located on Bree Street, this event promises to be an unforgettable evening of wine appreciation and philanthropy.
The SASA Annual Fundraiser Event is an occasion where wine enthusiasts, sommeliers, and connoisseurs come together to support the association’s mission of promoting excellence in the art and service of wine. This year’s event will be no exception, featuring a spectacular wine auction with exceptional and rare bottles, unique experiences, and more, all generously donated by renowned wine producers and supporters.
Chef Matt Manning, who will be the esteemed auctioneer for the evening, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “It is an absolute honor to be a part of SASA’s Annual Fundraiser Event this year. As a chef, I understand the crucial role sommeliers play in enhancing the dining experience.
