Join us on Thursday, 20 June, for a journey through South Africa’s heritage cultivars with David Clarke from Ex Animo.
We’ll travel from Stellenbosch to Swartland, visiting Elgin and Botrivier in between discussing Chenin Blanc and Pinotage while enjoying the various expressions we find in South Africa. David Clarke from Ex Animo will guide us through the tasting, sharing his expertise on the historical significance and modern evolution of these cultivars. You’ll gain insights into the distinctive terroirs and winemaking techniques that shape the profiles of Chenin Blanc and Pinotage today.
