Your evening kicks off with a welcome drink before diving into an All-You-Can-Taste bubbly experience — featuring 50+ producers in a walk-around tasting from 20:00 to 22:00. Explore the finest champagnes and sparkling wines, discover new favourites, and raise your glass to new beginnings.

From 20:30 to midnight, enjoy a spread of canapés and party bites, including sliders and bao buns, perfect for grazing between pours. As the night unfolds, our DJ will keep the vibes going with live music to set the mood — carrying you from golden hour to glittering midnight.

When the clock strikes twelve, expect champagne at midnight and to keep the celebration going.
